Mission Statement

Youth Entrepreneurs is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering Generation Genius to drive meaningful change. We prepare middle and high school students across Connecticut—especially those from underserved communities—to lead in business, community, and civic life. Through immersive programs that integrate social-emotional learning, community engagement, and entrepreneurial skills, students build the confidence, creativity, and resilience needed to thrive. We also provide adult programs to support emerging entrepreneurs and professionals, fostering a lifelong culture of innovation and leadership. 

Our vision is to be Connecticut’s premier resource for empowering young people to pursue thriving and sustainable careers in entrepreneurship, creating a pipeline of leaders who innovate, serve, and transform their communities.

By equipping students with knowledge and self-worth, we help them take ownership of their futures and achieve stronger outcomes for themselves and their communities.

• Service – We model servant leadership by prioritizing the needs of others and encouraging youth to do the same. Our programs instill a sense of responsibility to give back, preparing students to lead with humility and purpose in their communities
